    Hi,

I'm wanting my layout to display as boxed width and have selected so, however it is still displaying as full width.

What is the best way to resolve this ?

    Kind Regards,

    Gina

    Hi Gina

    Apologies for the delay.

Which page are you having trouble with on the width?

    Thanks

    Hi Justin,

    No worries

All of them really ? When I try to set it as a boxed width it doesn't change and remains at full width.

I've already done a bit of work so I didn't want to re-start without checking if there was another way around it.

    Kind Regards, Gina

    Hi Gina

Is your site on WordPress.com or WordPress.org (with your own host server?)

    Thanks

Nevermind, I see it's .org.  My fault.

Can you send ftp login credentials?

    Thanks

There seems to be a conflict with a plugin.  Not sure what's going on with it.  Need to look at it closer.

    Thanks

    Hi Gina

I believe this has to do with the incorrect plugin currently installed.  I would need FTP login credentials to make an update.  There appears to be a plugin named Siiimple (oddly enough, it is not related to or associated with my brand Siiimple) - and I believe that is causing the conflict.  If you could send ftp login details, I can sort it out.

    Thanks

In your cpanel, you can add an ftp account.  It's just way that allows access to the theme files for editing and such.

    Thanks!
